Diverticulitis / Diverticulosis Diet

I found a total comfort of life through your heavenly meal plans

Thank you for helping people like me who suffer from diverticular disease to create balanced meals. When we leave the hospital, we are given two lists of products: "forbidden forever" and "allowed," and with that you're done! So, obviously recurrence plagues us, and that was true in my case.

After my second hospitalization due to diverticulitis, I searched the web and found your meal plans. As a precaution, I asked the opinion of my doctor and my pharmacist. After verification, they told me to go ahead, as the recommendations seemed serious and balanced without deficiencies.

I followed your meal plan and now I am perfectly well, that is to say that I have no more stomach aches! My doctor and pharmacist are very satisfied and said they would recommend SOSCuisine to their patients. Thank you for these smart meal plans - AWESOME!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the diverticulitis diet cure diverticular disease?

Currently, there is little scientific evidence for the proposition that a diet rich in dietary fibre promotes regression of diverticula already formed or prevents inflammation (diverticulitis). However, it seems advantageous for people with diverticular disease without complications, to consume a high amount of dietary fibre.
