Ingredients

??? Kenogami cheese, cut into 4 slices ???
??? honey ???
??? rice vinegar ???
??? fresh basil, finely chopped ???
??? salt [optional] ???
??? ground pepper to taste [optional] ???
??? papaya (pub) ???
??? canned pineapple ???
??? mayonnaise ???
??? turkey breast roast (cooked) ???
??? curly leaf lettuce ???

Method

*Bread chosen: Country-style bread

  1. In a small bowl, mix the honey, rice vinegar and basil together. Add salt and pepper. Brush the slices of pineapple and papaya with the mixture.
  2. In a frying pan or on the BBQ, grill the fruit for a few minutes on each side. Set aside.
  3. Slice two slices of bread and spread them with mayonnaise. Top with the turkey, pineapple, papaya and cheese slices of Le Kénogami. Garnish with mesclun leaves and cover with the remaining bread slice.
