A very quick and simple recipe to add some vegetables to your dish... the flavor of olive oil and lemon with the spinach is always mouth watering.

There is nothing special about this recipe, it's basically boiled spinach with lemon juice and olive oil on it and a fancy name. Not bad, and better than just plain spinach
