A blender or food processor will be very useful for this recipe.
* The used vanilla bean may be rinsed, dried and stored for reuse.

Loved in my house by all generations. Texture like upscale applesauce with complex flavours. I think next time I make this I'll make a batch for the adults of the original recipe with rum, but it was certainly tasty without.
