Ingredients

2 veggie burger 150 g
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]
2 tsp olive oil 10 mL
2 slices bread, whole wheat 70 g
1 tomatoes, sliced 120 g
1/4 Boston lettuce, or curly leaf 50 g
Dijon mustard to taste [optional]
ketchup to taste [optional]

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the veggie burgers and cook for 5 min, turning them once.
  2. Place each burger on a slice of bread. Add the lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Serve with mustard and ketchup on the side.
