We thought this was fantastic. Beware, it's far richer than you would think! I used frozen mangoes and they were a little moist from defrosting them in the microwave, perhaps that is why I didn't have any issues with the powdered milk giving it too granulated a texture.
This was excellent and healthy. I do not understand why previous reviewer says "it is far richer than you think": there is not fat at all in this recipe!
If you are allergic to beef (including gelatin), you can use Agar Agar Flakes as a substitute
