Food to share!

July 23, 2014

Were you aware that the “food to share” concept is growing in several cities around the world? People are invited to plant fruits and vegetables in the front of their house or in some public spaces, in order to share their harvests.

Todmorden in northwestern England was one of the first cities to begin the revolution of “Incredible Edible”, approximately 6 years ago. Since then, several other communities in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and elsewhere have been inspired by this project.

Montreal is joining the initiative this summer by providing city dwellers with urban spaces to plant food around the city so everyone can use it!
