Plus, this recipe is incredibly simple. «Souvlaki» (pron. soo-VLAH-kee) is a Greek specialty consisting of meat chunks that have been marinated in a mixture of oil, lemon juice, oregano, and seasonings, then grilled and served with «tsatsiki» sauce.
